Study abroad in Würzburg
08/21/2023Indian students from IISER Trivandrum are completing their research internship at our faculty.
Our faculty has received an international visit. Several Indian students from IISER Trivandrum are completing their research internship at our faculty. The Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy in Würzburg has been a cooperation partner of IISER Trivandrum in the province of Kerala/India since the beginning of 2022. We have even launched a joint "Dual Doctoral Degree Program". Potential participants each spend 1 year of their doctorate at the partner institution and receive a joint certificate from both universities at the end. In July 2023, the interns and their visiting professors, Prof. Dr. Ingo Fischer and Prof. Dr. Frank Würthner, took a tour of the city with the night watchman. Obviously in high spirits, they all pose for the camera in front of Würzburg Cathedral.
