The event "WOMEN FORCE 2026" was organized as part of the Future Oriented Research Conferences and Exhibitions (FORCE) – Interdisciplinary Initiative in Chemical Sciences (IICS) by IIT Gandhinagar. This edition celebrated women in STEM, bringing together educators, researchers, faculty members, students, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals.

Recognized as one of India’s premier international meetings in drug discovery and chemical biology, FORCE-IICS promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and scientific exchange under the theme Interdisciplinary Initiative in Chemical Sciences.

WOMEN FORCE 2026 was dedicated to celebrating women in STEM by highlighting excellence, leadership, and innovation driven by women scientists. It was truly inspiring to be part of a gathering that brought together outstanding researchers and leaders shaping the future of science and academia. The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen networks, exchange ideas, and recognize the remarkable contributions of women in science.
