Studies

Maximilian Baumann finished his chemistry (Master) studies at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität of Würzburg in May 2019. He wrote his Master thesis "Umbrella-Shaped Mesogens for Polar and Ferroelectric Liquid-crystalline Phases" at the Institute of Organic Chemistry in the working group of Prof. Dr. Lehmann.

Current Research Topic

Trigonal-pyramidal mesogens for ferroelectric and polar liquid crystals.
