From July 8 to 12, Daniel and Simon represented the Würthner group at the 26th International Symposium on Photochemistry and Photophysics of Coordination Compounds (ISPPCC) in sunny Milazzo, Italy. They joined their boss, Frank Würthner, who contributed with a talk on the group’s latest research in the field of artificial photosynthesis.

For the second time, Würzburg chemistry professor Frank Würthner has received a prestigious award from the European Research Council: the ERC Advanced Grant is endowed with 2.5 million euros.
