This year our annual literature seminar took place at the DJH Bayreuth. Over three days, we discussed scientific topics, enjoyed informative lectures by group members and went on a guided tour of Maisel’s & Friends Brewery — where we discovered the fascinating science (and art) behind brewing beer. A well-balanced blend of learning, exchange and fun, with a hint of hops — we’re already looking forward to the next seminar.
