Joint Mini-Symposium with the groups of Prof. Steven P. Brown (UK) and Prof. Jürgen Senker (Bayreuth)

Together with the solid-state NMR research groups of Prof. Steven Brown from the University of Warwick (UK) and Prof. Jürgen Senker from the University of Bayreuth, we spent a an interesting day discussing science and exploring the local Franconian culture in Würzburg.

Six students from the Warwick group, three from Bayreuth and three from Würzburg were responsible for a stimulating mixture of short presentations. The science part was complemented by a "Weißwurst-Lunch" and a dinner with traditional Franconian dishes at the Backöfele Restaurant in Würzburg.
