Congratulations to Marlene and Lara, two brillant high school students from Gymnasium Veitshöchheim! They recently visited our labs and successfully participated in this year's Jugend Forscht! They received the first price of the regional competition for their exciting nanocapsule project - congratulations!

Great success for our first seminar on Nanomedicine at JMU Würzburg: This master's course ended with an interactive poster session and passionate discussions by all participants in front of their posters. Johannes Kockelmann, Leon Bixenmann and Lutz Nuhn joined the ACS Fall Meeting in San Francisco and presented the latest results of the Macromolecular Therapeutics Group. Moreover, Lutz Nuhn was honored as ACS PMSE Early Stage Investigator 2023.

Lutz Nuhn has been accepted as member of the Bavarian Polymer Institute.

And our collaborative project on "Membrane-Engineering as a tool to control the behavior of mesenchymal stem cells in biofabrication processes" has received additional funding to contribute to the Collaborate Research Center TRR225.

Congratulations to Dr. Christian Czysch: For his outstanding PhD thesis he received the Boehring Ingelheim Award during the Dies Academicus at the JGU Mainz. Great to re-unite again with the Mainz team.
