The Macromolecular Therapeutics Team is very glad to welcome former internship students back in the lab for their master theses: best of luck to Samira Hanke, Thomas Kroll and Julian Spieß for all their new exciting projects! Moreover, Elina Fitte-Duval is heartly welcomed in the lab for her bachelor thesis and Kathrin Handrup for her research internship in our group. We are also extremily happy that Alexander Fuchs from our team has been selected to join this year's renown Nobel Laureate Meeting in Lindau - congrats, Alex! And finally, our moving into the new labs at Center of Polymers for Life (CPL) has made big progress - we used this opportunity to say a big "Thank you!" to the wonderful administrative team of our former labs at the Röntgenring.

Welcome to new members of the Macromolecular Therapeutics Team: Samira Müller and Simon Kohlmann have started the master thesis and Jannis Babilon his research internship in our labs - best of luck with all your experiments. The Macromolecular Therapeutics Team also joined the 2nd CurAMeet Conference in Mainz where Lutz Nuhn presented the team's latest contributions to the curATime research cluster - thanks a lot to all collaborators for your outstanding contributions. Later on, Lutz Nuhn was also invited to present the groups achievements at the ACS Global Virtual Symposium "Polymers for Biomedical Applications", as part of the ACS National Spring Meeting 2025.

The Macromolecular Therapeutics Team joined the Macromolecular Colloquium in Freiburg where Jolana presented a poster about her latest achievements for the Collaborate Research Center TRR225 (we were grateful to meet there also Kevin Neumann and his team - https://neumann-lab.com). Moreover, Alexander Fuchs presented the latestes results of his research at the Kekulé fellowship meeting in Mainz supported by the Fonds der Chemischen Industrie (FCI).

We also welcome Judith Jung for her reserach internship in the Macromolecular Therapeutics Team as well as two more outstanding visitors: Chaojian Cheng from Chad Mirkin's lab stayed with us as Walter Benjamin return fellow before starting his professorship at Nanjing University - congratulations, Chaojian. Moreover, Martina Stenzel from UNSW, Sydney, visited us before we all joined together the Internation Symposium of the SFB/CRC1066 "Nanomaterials for Tumor Immunotherapy" in Mainz. Lutz Nuhn had the chance to present the latest research achievements of the Macromolecular Therapeutics team at the conference - thanks a lot to all SFB/CRC1066 members for successful collaborations over the past years.

Moreover, we also welcome back Niclas Knoblauch in our lab for his PhD theses - best of luck for your ongoing experiments! Niclas will contribute to our new collaborative research project with PD Dr. Dr. Leonard Kaps and Shifana C. Sadiq from Saarland University Medical Centre, Homburg, supported by the Schwiete-Foundation - thank you very much to the Schwiete-Foundation for their generous support for the upcoming years.
