From July 5th to 10th, 2026 supramolecular chemists assembled in Bordeaux, France for the ISMSC 2026. 

On that occassion Prof. Frank Würthner was awarded the  prestigious Izatt-Christensen Award 2026. The prize is regarded as the world’s most prestigious award in the field of supramolecular chemistry.

Five researchers of the Würthner Group also travelled there, to be inspired by the talks of prestigious lecturers as well as young investigators and presented posters on their projects.
