The RNAmed group with Arpan, Dominik and Claudia attended the RNA Summit in St. Moritz
02/12/2026The Alpine RNA Summit in St. Moritz, held from January 26 to 29, 2026, was the concluding meeting of the Swiss NCCR "RNA & Disease" and a great opportunity for networking with fellow RNA scientists from RNAmed as well as from Austria and France.
Set against a snowy alpine backdrop, the meeting brought together leading RNA researchers from Switzerland and RNA groups from neighboring countries, including our RNAmed group from Germany, to reflect on progress and spark new ideas. Discussions ranged from RNA therapeutics and RNA chemical modifications to genome engineering and disease models, complemented by over 130 poster presentations.
Scientific sessions were followed by social events and networking opportunities. The meeting reinforced ongoing collaborations and laid the foundations for RNA research beyond the NCCR Program.
