IRTG 2991 – Start-up Meeting at IISER Thiruvananthapuram
02.03.2025From 25.02. – 28.02.2025, four months after the official start of the International Research Group 2991, the involved PIs and PhD students from India and Germany came together on the beautiful campus of IISER Thiruvananthapuram for a Start-up Meeting.
Luisa Reiser, Maria Greve and Prof. Dr. Claudia Höbartner attended the start-up conference. The IRTG2991, funded by DFG and DST, brings scientists from University of Würzburg and Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM) together to develop new fluorescent, phosphorescent and higher complexity luminescent materials. After four intensive days full of lectures, poster sessions and scientific exchange, the group of Indian and German participants were able to enjoy a boat trip where typical Kerala food was served.
