    Equal Opportunity

Individuals must not be treated unfairly on the basis of their age, religious affiliation, gender, sexual identity, beliefs, cultural identity, social origin or disability. We believe that a just society provides equal opportunities for all of its members. Equal opportunity is enshrined in Article 3 Subarticle 3 of the German Grundgesetz and in Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz A General Equal Treatment Act, AGG)

Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU) and the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy have implemented a variety of measures to promote equal opportunity, and each and every one of us can make a contribution towards achieving this goal.
