SAMOP dissertation price

The DPG research divisions, which are united in the AMOP section, award an annual dissertation prize. The aim of the prize is to recognise outstanding scientific work and its excellent presentation in a lecture.

Dr. Julian Lüttig from our group was selected as one of the four finalists for the coveted prize. He will now be able to present his dissertation at the SAMOP Dissertation Award Symposium at the DPG-SAMOP Spring Meeting 2025 in Bonn.

In 2023, his work Coherent Higher-Order Spectroscopy: Investigating Multi-Exciton Interaction was already awarded the doctoral prize from the "Unterfränkische Gedenkjahrstiftung" at the University of Würzburg's foundation festival.
