The Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy and the Institute of Physical and Theoretical Chemistry congratulate Dr. Hans-Christian Schmitt on being awarded the Ars legendi Faculty Prize for excellent teaching in chemistry.
Professor Mahesh Hariharan from India came to Würzburg for the Dr. Reich Lecture, financed by the Tauber-Dr. Reich Foundation. This lecture series was opened last year with a talk delivered by Ron Naaman.
Professor Wesley Chalifoux from Canada is conducting research at the Center for Nanosystems Chemistry for three months, funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
