Visit of Prof. Dr. K. G. Thomas (IISER Thiruvananthapuram, India)

On 23./24. September 2024, Prof. K. George Thomas from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM) visited Würzburg to give an educational lecture on "Emergent Chiroptical Properties in Assembled Molecules and Materials: From Native Chirality to Global Chirality" at the Center for Nanosystems Chemistry (CNC).

His visit also provided a nice opportunity for discussion and exchange with students and PIs of the University of Würzburg in preparation for the upcoming indian-german collaboration within the framework of the International Research Training Group (IRTG) 2991 between researchers at the JMU and IISER TVM.
